The Electronics and Communication Engineering Association (ENCEA) of KVG College of Engineering, Sullia, hosted freshers’ welcome function, ‘Aarav 2K23’, on Saturday, March 2nd, 2024. The event aimed to extend a warm welcome to the new batch of students and foster a sense of belonging among them.
Dr. Kusumadhara S, Professor and Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, and President of ENCEA, warmly welcomed the freshers to the E&C family. In his address, he encouraged the students to actively participate in departmental activities and take advantage of the vast opportunities ahead.
The Guest of Honor, Dr. Suresha V, Principal of KVG College of Engineering, praised the efforts of ENCEA and encouraged the students to pursue innovation and excellence. The event was further elevated by the presence of the Chief Guest, Er. Nishmitha K, Associate R&D Engineer at Dassault Systems, Pune, who shared her professional insights and inspired the students to focus on practical learning and industry engagement.
Presiding over the function, Dr. Shreedhar K, Vice Principal of KVG College of Engineering, stressed the importance of perseverance and a proactive approach in building a successful career.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving the freshers excited and motivated to embark on their academic journey at KVG College of Engineering.
