The Mechanical Engineering Association (MEA) and the Department of Mechanical Engineering organized an industrial visit to the TVS Motor Company’s Mysore plant. On March 30, 2023, students had the opportunity to witness the TVS two-wheeler manufacturing process up close. The visit focused on the assembly of popular models such as TVS Apaches, TVS Jupiter, and other scooters. Participants gained valuable insights into the production techniques, quality control measures, and technological advancements employed by TVS Motor Company. This visit provided a unique learning experience for aspiring mechanical engineers, enhancing their understanding of the automotive industry.
