Mission
The IQAC cell of the KVGCE works on evolving strategies to remove deficits and improve quality, channelizing the efforts of the Institute towards achieving holistic academic excellence
To develop systematic quality processes in the college for evolving, enhancing and sustaining excellence in its academic and administrative practices and to set benchmarks for their periodic evaluation.
To develop a conscious, consistent and catalytic quality improvement system that encourages the pursuits of the staff and students of the college.
To promote innovative practices to continually improve the effectiveness of the teaching-learning experiences of the staff and students.
To undertake quality research studies, consultancy and training programmers.
To ensure a learner-centric environment equipped with the latest techniques and technologies of teaching, research and sharing knowledge.
To arrange for periodic assessment and accreditation.
Roles and Mechanisms of IQAC
Contacts
The IQAC should meet at least once in every quarter. The quorum for the meeting shall be two-third of the total number of members. The agenda, minutes and Action Taken Reports are to be documented with official signatures and maintained electronically in a retrievable format.
IQAC should prepare and document IQAC meeting, Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQARs) and uploading the same in Institutional website.
Feedback from all stakeholders should be collected and analyzed
.Conduct quality initiatives such as Academic Administrative Audit (AAA) and its follow up action, NBA etc.
Prepare plan of action for every Academic year towards Quality Enhancement and the outcome achieved by the end of the Academic year.
Student Performance and Learning Outcomes should be evaluated.
Activities and support from the Parent – Teacher Association (at least three) need to conducted..
