AIM: the main purpose of conducting interview is to provide an opportunity
for our juniors to join our club.
INTRODUCTION: On 8 th and 9 th October ,team IGNITE conducted an
interview session for 1 st and 2 nd year student. The interview session was mainly
consists of 3 stages, which are aptitude test, group discussion and individual
interview.
Around 30 members are participate in the interview, Among that 13
members are got selected.1 st day it was mainly conducted for 1 st year students and
2 nd day for 2 nd years.
At first, amplitude test was conducted by our team member Harshad, Swathi,
Shravya and Pranamya, In that 20 members are selected for next round.
Nandan krishna, Madan, Brunda, Darshan alva and Deepika were conducted
group discussion, those who are selected in first round were grouped in to 3-5
members and the topic was given for individual group. The topics are:

Among them 15 students are selected to next round.
At last Interview was taken individually, this was conducted by Likhith, Likhitha, Shreevidya, Yashwanth, Vidhita, and jyothika. Here general questions and course based questions are askwere 13 members selected.
On 2nd day, the interview was taken for 2nd year students. The session mainly consist of 3 round which are amplitude test, group discussion and individual interview are conducted. At first, Amplitude test was conducted by Surabhi, Rakshith, Thrishali and Mouseena.
Group discussion was conducted by Jnanasiri, Ananya, Shrinidhi and Shanmuka. Those who are selected from first round are grouped into 5 members and give some topics to them.
At last Interview was taken individually, this was conducted by Likhith, Likhitha, Shreevidya, Yashwanth, Vidhita, and jyothika. Here some technical questions are asked in that 5 members got selected.
Conclusion:
Team IGNITE conducted a interview session which helped juniors to join our club and show their talents and skills.
