The training workshop enhances our technical as well as our soft skill. On 30th November 2024, our ignite team had organized a training workshop session to 1st year AIML students. The students were excited to outbreak their skills throughout this session.
This day was very enthusiastic with our planned agenda’s like
- Opening and ice breaking session
- Resume Building
- Professional Etiquette & Communication
- Time management and Goal setting
- Group discussion
- LinkedIn profile optimization
At the beginning we had an opening ice breaking session by Jnanasiri and team. This session included the basics of technical and soft skill approach, that led the students to upskill themselves in the present competitive world.
Here students were given the space to introduce themselves, as a part of communication approach
Our second was about resume building which is the one of the crucial process. It was led out by Thrishali . Here the students were made to create their own resume by giving them the suitable guide.
As a part of technical world, students were made to understand that resume plays a vital role in our career .
The next step was ahead to Communication part.As an engineering student this is one of the vital skill required for us. This session was based on the communication aspects of how we can enhance our communication skills . Here we gave an detailed description of leading trends involved in this platform.
The next activity was Time Management and goal setting where we conducted an activity ,were students were given the skit to enact such that they had to conduct within the time prescribed. This showed how the time plays a vital role in our profession as well as lifetime.A brief session was also given to give a clear perception of how time makes our life more important.
Next we had a Group discussion which was familiar to everyone.
Here we had a topics based on technologies that made students more precise to discuss . They came out of their comfort zone to convey their opinion in this discussion.
Our last activity of this day was LinkedIn optimization where we had our resource person Durga Prasad Nayak and Amarjith, who had given a brief of LinkedIn . The students were made to create LinkedIn profile and the way it is used .
Overall this day was a enthusiastic and an informative session held by our club which gave a more detailed description about the technical aspects and the skills that is required as an individual . There was good feedback from the students that made our day.
This was our one last activity for the year 2024 and we enrouted ourselves to see our next outstep with great energy..
