The Mechanical Engineering Student Association inauguration and Freshers’ Day “Sambhrama” were held on November 12, 2024, at K.V.G. Engineering College.
Chief Guest, Mr. Girish P.B., Chief Engineer, Anglo Eastern Ship Management, inaugurated the event and shared insights on Marine Engineering, inspiring students for a bright future. Dr. Ujwal U.J., CEO & Head of Computer Science, encouraged students to embrace new technologies and innovations. Principal Dr. Suresha V. presided over the event and extended his best wishes.
Mechanical Engineering HOD, Prof. Raghavendra B. Kamath, welcomed the new students, while Student Association President, Sinchan C.L., introduced the association (OEM).
The event was coordinated by Dr. Sunil Kumar M., faculty advisor, and Secretary Harsha Kumar B., with the participation of faculty, staff, and students. Harsha Kumar B. welcomed the gathering, while Dhanyashree N.U., Jeevitha M., and Nisha J.P. led the prayers. Akhilesh proposed the vote of thanks, and Charan S.D. & Deekshith B. were the master of ceremony.
