Department of Electronics and Communication engineering organised Tech -Talk program under the banner of ENCEA on 24/11/2022. Technical talk was conducted by Mr. Sirajudeen T S on the topic ' Semiconductor testing' and by Ms. Pranamya jake on the topic 'Breaking into Software Industry as a Fresher '. HOD, staff members and E&CE students were present for the program.
On 17/11/2022, ENCEA , Electronics and communication engineering department, organized a fun filled quiz program for Students. HOD, staff co-ordinators, teaching and support staffs were present for the function. The first and second prize were bagged by team 'Challengers' and team 'Together'.
A program on “Fire disaster management and Extinguisher Demonstration” was organized by KVGCE NSS unit in College auditorium on 19th October 2022. Mr. Bharath Kumar, District Fire Officer D K, Karnataka State Fire and Emergency Services, Mangalore delivered a technical talk on “FIRE AND SAFETY”. Mock drill also conducted to create awareness to all of the attendees and how to use fire extinguishers. Mr. Rajagopla U B, Fire officer, Sullia and his team shown live demonstration on Different types of fire extinguishers and their usage. Dr. Suresha V, Principal, Dr. Ujwal U J, CEO, Dr. Umashankar K, S, Dean Academics, Dr. Shridhar K, Vice Principal, Deans of various sections, Heads of all departments, NSS program officers, Department NSS coordinators, Faculties and NSS Volunteers were presents in the occasion.
On account of 67th Karnataka Rajyotsava a program “KOTI KANTA GAYANA” has been conducted on 28th October 2022 at 11:00 am in college auditorium. Prof Krishnaraj and his team were organized the program. The songs Jai Bharata Jananiya Tanujate, Hachhevu Kannadada Deepa, Vishwa Vinuthana, Huttidare Kannada Naadalli etc were sang by our students. Dr. Ujwal U J, CEO, KVGCE and Dr. Suresha V, Principal both were spoken the awareness about the importance of kannada language and its survival. A program on “SWARAKSHA- SELF DE SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN” was organized by KVGCE NSS unit in College auditorium on 2nd November 2022. Mr. Karthik Kateel , CEO and Founder, Sawarksha Women Trust conducted the self defense training. Mr. Kateel began the session by highlighting that the eyes abdomen, ears, nose etc are weak points to attack for self defense. He along with his mother Mrs. Shobhalatha, demonstrated various instances of harassment women face in the society and also the ways to tackle them. Deans of various sections, Heads of all departments, NSS program officers, Department NSS coordinators, faculties and around 150 students were presents in the occasion.

Department of Electronics and communication engineering is conducting a 3 days faculty development program on 'Ability Enhancement courses on Electronics and Communication engineering' from 27/10/2022 to 29/10/2022. Official function was inaugurated by Dr Renuka Prasad KV General Secretary AOLE by releasing the lab manual. Dr Suresha V, principal KVGCE, Sullia was the president of the function. Vice Principal Dr Shreedhar K, Dean Academics, Dr Umashankar KS were present in the function. Welcome speech and vote of thanks were delivered by the program coordinators Prof. Rekha M B and Prof. Lokesh P C. Participants from various colleges, students, technical and advisory committee members were present on the function.

Its gives me an immense pleasure to say that I am a proud alumina of KVG college of engineering, Sullia. I graduated back in 2017. I couldn’t be happier about my way the carrier path is progressing. I am over big share gratitude to this institution. I am really thankful and grateful to each and every faculty who has helped me and nurtured me to be what I am today. My overall experience has been amazing, and the college is having a good infrastructure. It has provided me with a number of opportunities to grow and explore my skills. I have always found a positive and healthy environment and the faculties were highly supportive.
